Last night I had to travel to Logan. It had snowed during the day and the clouds started clearing as I traveled. I marveled at how the clouds were outlining the mountains with the new snow on top. In contrast, I passed yards that had the early spring flowers blooming and it was a beautiful scene.
Then, as I concluded my business and traveled back home the sun was setting and from behind the western mountains. One particular mountain seemed to be lighted by heavenly fire. With gold, crimson, pinks and grays shining about it. The top half of the mountain was covered with new fallen snow and a wispy cloud hovered over the top. It was beautiful and I thought the Lord must have painted that sunset just for me. How grateful I am for the beautiful sunsets.
